I have no complaints regarding the sales team especially the Motorbility Department.
I do have a complaint for the after sales department.
I’ve been awaiting a call off them since Friday 01/03/24.
I’m never able to speak to someone when I ring, it’s always someone will ring you back in a few minutes 🤷♀️ this is so frustrating I only want an update on my car that’s in the body shop. My car is due to be changed in June, my Skoda has been a great car, however, your customer service is dreadful. I won’t be using Whitedove Cardiff in the future.
