Cons: LED strips are charged for by the metre, but if you request for the strip to be cut to a specific length, the left over strip is not delivered unless you specifically request it during order stage. When I raised a request to manager for left over strip after receiving the delivery, he refused to provide it.
Pros: Customer service was very helpful during order submission stage. Delivery was on time (I had paid for next day), products are good value.
