Problems with some of the 20 lamps I originally purchased (LED failure and discolouration). This type has since been discontinued, and has been replaced with an updated model. As my original purchase was covered by the 5-year warranty, they were replaced with the updated model. The customer service department were friendly and listened to my problems, excellent service. The new model lamps look fine and fit better than the original, but they have only been in use for a short time so it is too early to make a comment. These new lamps are also covered by the 5-year warranty so you cannot go wrong. In my opinion, not many companies provide this level of customer service.
