The quality and pricing of the items that I purchased have very appearance of being good. However, when it came to delivery there were significan shortcomings. 2 orders were placed but on each occasion the item was out of stock pending new supplies and no attempt was made to inform me that there would be a delay (quite considerable) before delivery. I had to either phone or keep checking my order status. That is not good service. Added to which I was not impressed when my credit card was debited upon receipt of the order - some 4 weeks BEFORE despatch. The debit should not have been processed until the goods were available. It suggests a company with cash flow problems.
