Reasonable quality product at a good price. Only problem is the spring retaining clips, they just aren't good enough. To fit the lamps the spring clips need to be pushed back just over 90degrees so the lamp can pass through the hole. Unfortunately the clips actually bend and do not return to their normal position to hold the lamp in place against the ceiling. I've had to fix mine from the loft side which I fortunately had access to.
