If there was a higher grade, I would award that. Great service first time round but one of the ten lights I sent for was u/s so I emailed them to ask what their procedure was for returns. No reply to that - just a replacement bulb sent the next day! No questions asked. Brilliant service. From a very, very satisfied customer.
