When my first 2 LED tubes arrived, I was amazed to find they were badly bent. I rang in.
The chap on your 'phone was very good and said "Straighten them, then!".
He also gave me confidence in fitting them (Fit the starter included, and there's a 99% chance they'll work.) They worked.
I've now bought another 2 which were properly packed and straight!
