Ordered 19 led lamps in last 12 months, now having to return 4 due to lamp failures. Becoming a little concerned as to the lamp life. Lamps seems good quality with great light output but if they keep failing then something must be wrong as theses are from the first order I placed and they have all gone half brightness within a week of each other. Replaced lamps with spares I had and all seems ok again for now. Second order was sent with wrong lamps but were exchanged quickly. Would be better if on phone calls lamps could be sent out whilst faulty items were being returned as I am now waiting in darkness for replacements under warranty.
