The items you sell appear to be of good quality, your pricing is very competitive and your web site is one of the best on the internet, however it all seems to fall apart on the delivery. Any order I have made has had the delivery time delayed and a particular order of which I placed just before christmas has still not come through the post.........'Get it sorted out'
