Recently ordered a back garden security light, and a batten fitment to replace an old fluorescent tube in the garage. Slight delay re. arrival of the former because an old model had been inadvertently ordered. But when they discovered the error the company couldn't have been more helpful, absorbing the extra cost and then delivering it to me in an impressive 48 hours later. Both products working beautifully.
