Requested 1m tapes cut into two and both pieces soldered giving two 500m lengths. Wasn't done.
Orange tape sent is not waterproof, when speaking to sales on phone I did detail orange was for motorbike so had to be water proof. I was told a different product would be sent as original order no longer in stock, I believe change in wattage.
Have emailed detailing this but no one has contacted me.
Both items sent are not fit for purpose or the purchase.
Disappointed.
