Hi I ordered 5 warm white led GU10s (which came 2 days later) for my kitchen which I fitted only to find that I had been supplied cool white which made my oak kitchen woodwork look mediocre. I contacted wholesale led lights by email and they agreed to replace them and send me returns label for the cool ones. I did have to contact them again before this actually happened. I have fitted the replacements and I am more than happy with the result . My oak kitchen now looks warm and as good as when I had halogen lamps in. I am happy with the response from the company and the product they supplied and am now about to return the cool ones back to them.
