The order was completed as expected but the 4ft tube, sent in a cardboard tube arrived with the cardboard bent and the contents broken. The replacement arrived within 48 hours better wrapped in a sq. box. I had to buy a G9 less than 50mm long and narrow from another supplier as you did not have one small enough. The person I spoke to was quick and courteous.
