I live in Greece, and ordered eight lamps, ( three different sizes), to replace some 11 watt long life lamps and some 60 watt R63 reflectors. I have had no previous experience with LED lamps, and was curious to evaluate the product. The package arrived promptly, (about 8 days, which is very good to the small island on which I live), and was well packed. All lamps were intact and worked. I am very impressed with the quality and strength of output of the light, (warm white). I was particularly impressed with the E27 ES 7W R63 reflectors which provide more light for my kitchen that the 60 watt reflectors that they replaced. The E14 SES 3.5W Ceramic lights also provide an improvement and more pleasant light than those replaced. I was slightly less impressed with the E27 ES 60 SMD 3W (Ball), as the improvement over the existing 11 watt long life lamps was marginal. However it is a comfort that the running cost is down by 75%. Next time I will purchase a different lamp for the replacements. I have about 30 more lamps that I would like to replace, but this will have to be done over a period of time as I live on a pension income. I would wish, however, that the company would provide for free shipment outside of the UK if the value of the order was more than, say, 80 GBP, which would probably encourage more ex-pats to purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending LED lamps, and this company in particular, as I have been pleased with their efficiency and believe that their prices are lower than any other company that I have found on the internet.
