After having tried several different LED lights from a variety of suppliers, most of which turned out to be dim and inadequate, I came across these Mirrorstone 60 led globes which live up to their 290 lumens output and are an ideal replacement for the traditional 40 watt tungsten lights. Although a little more expensive to buy than some others, they are well worth the extra cost over the cheap and rather dim alternatives which also have a shorter life expectancy. At only 3 watts they are definitely the best I have found in terms of light output per watt. It's a pity that this same light is not available in a candle bulb but maybe that will follow soon. Customer service was of an exceptionally high standard so buy with confidence. Highly recommended
