My query written on your website received no response. However, I figured out my order from your very good website. It was good to see delivery costs built into the prices rather than added on at the end. The order arrived very promptly after ordering and it was good to have connection tales fitted to each of the led strips which were cut to the lengths I requested. I was concerned that the labels on the adapters were totally different from the order number and the wattage supported by each was not on the label. Also the led strips had no means of identifying colour/ output. I emailed you to this effect but received no response. Your website is good and gives good details of an excellent range of products, however, your customer service via your website and via your email are non existent!
