On my one experience so far this site provides an excellent service. The bathroom lights delivered were good quality and excellent value for money. When I spoke to someone directly (sorry I do not remember the name - my bad!) they were very courteous and informative. I could not expect any more. One potential improvement of the website would be to make it clear, at time of order, that for stock items that are not in house that the delivery times apply to when the products arrive at distribution point. This was not a problem to me as I was in no hurry to receive items.
