Very poor customer service. I pleaced my order over 2 weeks ago and paid for 48hours delivery and today I had to call and find out that the order was out of stock and thier supplier couldn't get it to them till end of March - this is a joke!
If an item is out of stock, then don't sell it on your website or at least send your clients an email explaining the situation - and YES if you say " sorry we are very busy " than get more office staff and serve your clients better because you are wasting ppl time here!
