Almost everything was very good. But first the VAT on the top of the bill came as a nasty surprise, I don't think it was clearly enough highlighted. Second I booked a next day delivery and spent extra for it. When I phoned up 3 days later I got a very helpful and efficient person (top marks) who apologised and gave me a refund on the extra over cost. Nevertheless, if it had been urgent it would be a 'very poor'. Don't raise expectations! But your helpful staff made it fine.
