Fantastic service, I ordered 4x E27 R80 LED 8Wat bulbs in "Cool White" and much to my surprise found them to be to bright for my location. No problem a quick phone call and I was offered a refund or an exchange. I exchanged them for "Warm White" which are excellent. The bulbs are exactly as described, well made, fit perfectly and light up instantly when switched on. Great product, great service highly recommended!! Feb 28th 2014
