Products (LED flood lights) seem great but let down on the time these products took to arrive... With me having to call three times and the information /delivery dates I was given and promised not true to their word. The workmen fitting them waisting their time in the process as well... I understand lead times can cause problems but keeping the customer informed and promises not being stuck to, there is a lot on the customer service side that needs to improve before I could give anything higher than 3 stars as an overall score.
