Ordered G9 LED lamps to replace high energy use G9's. The order arrived within a couple of weeks, after chasing up, part of the order the lamps did not work correctly. Following an email and call to WLED they agreed to a return of the faulty lamps. Since returning the lamps some weeks ago, they have not reimbursed me. I have followed up with an email, but still not reimbursed.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing from WLED, the customer service is poor and the quality of lamps are also poor.( sorry my mistake should read very poor).
