I spoke with Pritz who was super helpful, first of all before I placed my order he double checked I had the correct product to avoid restocking charges. He waited whilst I sent a photo over and took my order over the phone for prompt delivery. He sounds happy in his place of work too, which makes a difference. ????spot in, thank you.
