One item was damaged by Parcel Force so I contacted WLED and they told me to return the one that was damaged. I had to pay another £18.11 before they would send a replacement. That was received within two days. I returned the broken one the same day that I received it AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF £18.11 after 3 reminders !!!
