I had 2 faulty bulb delivered, although hot replaced. Everything was good(service and product), the return is a bit of a pain. Filling out that return form is not perfect. The cells on the spreadsheet are far too small, makes it difficult to squeeze in the name of the product, you wish to return. I gave a good rating, because of this otherwise I would have given very good.
