Went to the store as it is local to me and because I needed to see which fitting would be best for a guitar soundhole involving 4 guitars, wired together, suspended from a ceiling for a music studio. We went through the options and I purchased the products there and then confident of having made the right choice. I also want RGB stips to go around the room and all options were explained and it was really useful to see the products in store working with the different types of light they produce. I was also given advice on how to connect up everything. All in all a very relaxed and informative exchange leaving me confident of the product and the company. I will definately use them again.
