The courier company delivered the package very quickly, but the box looked like it had been kicked all the way from the depot, rather than handled with care. WLED responded to my request for a missing part to be replaced with utmost haste and no quibbles, only asking for a photograph of the battered box in order to take matters up with the courier. On another order, I had ordered an incompatible component. I was telephoned the next day and asked whether this was intentional, or whether I would like to change the order. The order was duly changed, and a compatible controller promptly dispatched. Excellent service all round. This company deserves your custom!
