I ordered aluminium channel and covers for strips. All arrived on time but unfortunately the covers were diffused, not the clear I ordered. An email had a reply within 30 minutes and after sending an image of the incorrect covers I was informed replacements were being dispatched. They arrived a day later.
Warehouses make mistakes, and I think it a measure of a company how they deal with this type of situation. Top marks to Wholesale LED for resolving the problem for me.
