I required 5 x MR16 LED lights after finding WLED website, the ones I wanted were easily identified. Purchasing through the website was very easy, and the package arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the bulbs delivered were GU10 bulbs. I contacted WLED by email and within 30 minutes of sending the email, I recieved an apology and an assurance that the required lights would be with me within 2 working days. They were. The fact that this happened, coupled with the friendliness of the staff and speed of the resolution means that this is a no worry area should this happen to you. The lights are good quality and fulfilled their required roles perfectly. All I can say is that if you are looking for LED lights then this is the place to go. I will certainly look to use them again.
