Initial customer sales was okay. I wanted a technical answer to the fitting of the switch however the sales assistant wasn't so knowledgeable on this and didn't seem confident in his answer. I was not told about the ordering and delivery process in that if an item was not in stock, an order to their suppliers would delay delivery by up to 2 weeks. This is what happened to me. After placing my order and receiving confirmation, I was given a 48 hr shipping method. The item took 2 weeks. I felt their communication and delivery service was poor and wasted a lot of my time. After complaints and requesting compensation, I was refunded a mere £2. The Trendi Switches I ordered by the way are lovely, however I will not be purchasing again from WLED Lights.
