The two Infinity 50w PIR LED white floodlights which I ordered were received intact but the invoice also showed that a USB RGB 2m strip-light should have been included as a complementary item. Unfortunately, due to an obvious oversight, this hadn’t been packed. I sent a short email to WHLED explaining this, and received a very prompt and courteous email of apology from the Sales Manager, who had the missing item despatched immediately. It arrived safely just a day or so later. Excellent service all round.
