I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my recent order. My package was not delivered because my house number was missing. WLED has stated that they don’t know what went wrong, even though they sent the package. Royal Mail is now returning it to them.
I was in contact with a representative named Karan M, who informed me that I need to pay for the items again and that I will only receive a refund once the package is returned to you. He also mentioned that this process could take months. This is completely unacceptable.
If the issue was due to an error on WLED’s part, I should not have to pay again while waiting for a refund. I expect a prompt resolution and a fair approach to this situation.
I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be purchasing from WLED again
