Service was superb! Disappointed with previous purchases and the consistency of light colour in present order which OBVIOUSLY does not match those which they replace producing mismatch of colours. Recent orders for cool white MR16's have a green hue! Also many of original batch have staggeringly low life expectency measured on dozens rather than thousands of hours. Some dimmmable MR16's matched with appropriate drivers and trailing edge dimmers fail to dim sufficiently. This is disappointing as I took verbal advice from your technical centre years ago when I embarked on this energy saving project.
