Thought the service was very good with regards to dispatch and arrival time but I thought it was very poor the way I ordered a meter length and they asked me did I want it cut but they only sent me 75cm.
Also I know it doesn't make much difference but the length of 75cm I received had not just one but 2 joins in it... This wouldn't annoy me so much but only for the fact It cost nearly 20 quid so I would like to think it was more than some off cuts from other orders I received.
