Excellent communication and very prompt delivery. Items arrived, but unfortunately not compatible with my current light fittings, hence had to return them. Spoke to customer services on a Saturday, was very helpful and sent returns information straight away. After returning the lamps my account was credited with a full refund in 4 days.
I would definitely recommend this company to others based on customer service and i'm sure I will use them again in the future.
