1. Didn't speak to anyone. Did not feel the need to as I knew what I wanted and wholesale LED seemed to be the only one with them. Large BC candle bulbs. I have in the past and found the contact helpful. 2. Did struggle badly with the checkout pages. Could not locate the the discount code box. There seemed to be several pages without the discount code box. Had to keep pressing various links and eventually it appeared. However it took me ages and i am not sure I could do it easily next time. 3. Delivery no problem. Arrived very quickly and I prefer Royal Mail as if we are not at home we can collect from the post office centre just down the road, not some warehouse 30 miles away. 4. Good website and service only let down by the convoluted checkout process.
