I'm so pleased with the whole experience of my purchase. The product was available at a reduced price. The web page was easy to navigate. My order arrived so fast and the fittings are quality. I had a snag with just one which had some markings so I popped off an email with pics but as it was Easter break and I had a spark on site doing jobs I decided to call through as I needed to know they could respond quickly. I wish I'd got names - they were really great. Excellent after sales service which, in my book, is when businesses are truly tested. My new fitting arrived, again very quickly. I didn't have to recall my spark. It couldn't have gone smoother.
