the product is superb. value for money but what I am not impressed with was the huge in delay in delivery inspite of paying for the 48 hours delivery. However, I emailed to ask for a refund because as promised it was not delivered by 48 hours and that was not acceptable that the money was taken but not delivered. Also I had to send a few emails to track where my stuff was. This needs to improve and needs to be more efficient.
