I turned up to the showroom on Saturday morning, not realising that I couldn't pick up the materials I required immediately. The staff at the showroom where very helpful and sorted out the order and then arranged for me to go to their warehouse and pick up the materials I needed and therefore eliminated the need for me to make a return trip later in the week.
