Service was prompt and the order was exactly what I requested.... however ... the 1 meter of strip I requested on my second order was so tightly wound on itself in the packing process that there were two places on the inner couple of turns where the waterproof layer had split right through to the circuitry. Waterproof no more! Surely you could wind onto a 2 cm diameter core piece to stop this happening. A simple problem to overcome. My earlier order was long enough to be presented on a spool, which was fine. A shame you blotted your copybook on the second order.
