'Happy' but could be have been happier - -Didn't like the price not showing VAT until checkout. I'm not 'trade', I didn't click 'trade' so why would I not have to pay VAT! -Ordering and delivery went well. -No obvious damage seen when unpacked, installed OK, working OK but glass shattered sometime between turning off overnight and the next day (LEDs still working). -Good customer service - I sent email with photos, quick reply and reordered. Again arrived within a reasonable time. -Has been working fine for over a week now. Seems to be made of sturdy, quality materials. NOTE. Ambiguous 'instructions' - in one section it says that remote works from anywhere (w/i 50m?) in another says needs 'line of sight' (which would have been no good to me). Luckily the former applies otherwise I would have sent it back. ..... consider stating that on the main web site.
