I was initially quite impressed with the service. Those I spoke to seemed to be helpful and solutions orientated. A delivery date was agreed.
However, I received a phone a call a few days later to say that the goods I ordered weren't in stock, as the specification of the lamps in stock was different to what I had ordered and there would be a delay until new stock had been received.
This took the edge off of what had been good service until then.
