The product description and web site is easy to use , a shame you have to log in and save a password for casual purchases, this is one thing that often sends me away from some sites. Delivery could have been a bit more rapid , not up with the best but presumably they don't hold stock and factor them in from a third party to sell on. Even with 2 day royal mail I would have expected them to get the order out within 2 days themselves. But would probably use again as the R80 bulbs themselves are excellent (after 1 day) and a big improvement on CFL that were replaced.
