Items bought were part of a phone order. On the Wednesday I placed the order I was told all items were in stock and would be delivered Friday. Nothing came. Chased the order on the Monday to be told the items had been out of stock and were due in that day. I waited till Thursday before the items I ordered came, over a week since the order was placed. The LED strip lights and aluminium channel seem good quality (apart from the end caps didn't fit) and the transformer looked fine, but the miscommunication was just poor organisation on the sale persons behalf and if the items were out of stock it would have been nice to have a phone call to say so.
