The quality of the light unit was good, though there were no detailed instructions so someone with little or no experience would not find it easy to fit them. My main probelm was your customer service. I ordered them on line on Sunday evening & confirmed the order by phone on the Monday. I was assured that they would be sent that day. Nothing arrived that week & on the following Monday I checked with you only to be told that you were awaiting delivery in a couple of weeks but could supply them in the warm colour. I changed my order & the lights arrived on the Thursday. Not impressd that nobody informed me that they were out of stock as I could have had an electrician booked that week to fit them.
