Great product let down by poor packaging.After taking delivery of 3 led strip lights in what can only be described as a "Smarties tube" one was found to be broken, on contacting customer services they agreed to send out a replacement the same day, which arrived promptly but again damaged in transit. After another phone call to a very helpful customer service a 3rd strip light was dispatched and thankfully arrived in working order.
Sadly I don't think I will be buying any more although it is a good product the hassle due to poor packaging has put me off .
