First the good......Quality of the product (six way plate spotlight) was very good and was easy to install. Not so good....the spotlight only came with four LEDs not six. When I rang to report the short shipment I was asked to email a photograph ??? of the delivery to support. Why? Support email me back after the weekend to say they had forwarded my email to their returns department! Three days later I rang again to ask what was taking so long, as no one had contacted me. I was assured that the LEDs would be shipped straight away that day. The same day I received the outstanding LEDs. Obviously they had been sent three days earlier but no one had bothered to let me know. A simple email acknowledging dispatch of the items would have been all I needed to keep me happy. However I would be happy to deal with the company again as the telephone staff have been helpful and everything came out right in the end. Anon
