Web site easy to use, no problem with response or delivery. A slight technical issue in that, initially, the lamp I ordered did not fit into the light fitting. After some messing about I discovered that the (spring) lamp retaining clip needed to be rotated by 180 degrees for the lamp to fit correctly as the lug on the clip (where it is fixed onto the holder) was facing downwards rather than upwards and would not allow the lamp to seat correctly. Hope that makes sense, and that it was a one off, as I like the fitting and am considering purchasing some more. I can send you a photograph if that woudl help.
