I purchased 2 lots of LED strip lights for a 2 flight stairwell with power supply etc. The power supply was faulty but was exchanged by return of post. The staff were very efficient and helpful. I cannot fault the company for sales or service. I would like to have seen the website easier to order individual LED strips with individual lengths of LED and lengths of leads. This would save the problem of having to contact the sales team to order.
