My order was for an outdoor security light to replace a 20 year old high power device. The order & delivery process was smooth and efficient. The product arrived safely and undamaged. Assemble and installation was simple, identical to most others I suspect. My real problem was setup of the three adjustable controls on the light sensitive element. A short description of what and how for each adjustment would - and still will - save a lot of time in repeated ladder climing to make changes to the poorly understood settings. Would I buy another from this supplier. Yes.
